Lambing 2026
Wow… what a season it has been here at Sycamore Farms! Between late nights, quick meals in the barn, and even sleeping in the barn a few nights to check on moms and babies, this lambing season kept us on our toes. We welcomed a total of 16 healthy lambs—9 rambunctious boys and 7 sweet girls—and even had to cast two broken legs along the way. By far, this has been the best crop we’ve ever had!
From first-time moms learning the ropes to experienced ewes guiding their babies, each lamb brought its own personality and energy to the barn. The season was full of excitement, challenges, and plenty of rewarding moments, and we enjoy watching these little ones grow and thrive. We couldn’t be prouder of our flock and are thrilled to see what the future holds.
