About us:
Sycamore Farms Show Lambs began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the local fair was canceled and many youth livestock opportunities came to a halt. With two ewes at home and a strong desire to stay involved in the show world, we decided to take a leap and breed our own sheep. What started as a way to make the most of a difficult year turned into a passion for raising quality show lambs and learning along the way.
Through hands-on experience, Sycamore Farms Show Lambs continues to learn and grow each year, gaining valuable knowledge in breeding, lambing, daily care, and show preparation. Built on hard work and a love for the show world, we strive to raise structurally sound, competitive show lambs while emphasizing learning, responsibility, and sportsmanship for youth exhibitors.
What began as a small project at home has grown into a program we are incredibly proud of, shaped by hands-on experience and steady progress. We are grateful for the support and knowledge shared by others in the show world and are always looking for ways to get better. As Sycamore Farms moves forward, we remain committed to learning, growing, and building our future, one lamb at a time.
